So, a month ago, I had begun my lifestyle change. I did pretty well, keeping after healthy eating, and minimal exercising. It peetered off towards the end of febuary though :/ and I don’t like that. It’s becoming closer to summer, and I can FINALLY feel it. The air is becoming warmer, the days last a little longer. So this go round, I’m going to do better. I don’t want to become “thin”, but rather, the healthiest being that I personally can become. This weather is my motivation guys, you have no idea.

My boyfriend confessed to me the other day about how guilty he felt about eating chicken nuggets from McDonalds for dinner one night. So I searched for a recipe that I could use to make him a homemade, healthier, and better tasting alternative to McDonalds “chicken” nuggets. I don’t eat meat, but these look and sound wonderful!

Breakfast
  -1 slice of white bread: 50 cal
  -half can of tuna: 50 cal
  -tsp of L.Mayo: 25?

Lunch

  -1 slice wheat bread: 110 calories
  -half can of tuna: 50 calories
  -5 crackers: 70 calories
  -chedder cheese: 90 calories

Supper
  -2 small Parmeson Crusted Baked Chicken tenderloins* - 300? calories
  -2 scoops Homemade Pasta Salad* - 200? calories

Snacks
  -3 truffles - 200? calories
  -3 sugar free carmel apple hard candles - 100? calories

total for the day: ~ 1,300 calories

*okay, so, omfg. I was feeling creative, and I have a ton of veggies. So I whipped up my own pasta sauce, which consisted of nonfat greek yogurt, a teaspoon of mayo, tsp of mustard, salt pepper, garlic powder. It was AMAZING. + breaded tenderloins with parmeson in the spices. I like creative food days :)
